Refund policy

Returns within 10 days

You can return a piece for a refund within 10 days of delivery. It must be unworn, in its original condition and in its original packaging.

Earrings are final sale

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged. This does not apply if they arrive damaged or are not what you ordered (see below).

How to return

1. Email us at vodenna.e@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery with your order number and the piece you want to return.
2. We will reply with the return address.
3. Send the piece back. Return shipping, including any customs charges, is paid by the customer. Please use a tracked service: we cannot refund a parcel that does not reach us.

Refunds

When your return arrives and has been checked, we refund the price of the piece to your original payment method. Shipping charges are not refunded. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show the refund.

Exchanges

We do not swap pieces directly. Return the piece you have and place a new order for the one you want.

Damaged or wrong item

If a piece arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, including earrings, email us within 10 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace or refund it, and you will not pay to send it back.
