Wearing
18k gold is soft enough to take a mark, and that is part of its character. Put jewellery on last, after perfume and lotion, and take it off before swimming, exercise or sleep. Keep pieces apart in the box so they do not scratch one another.
Cleaning
Warm water, a drop of mild soap and a soft brush will bring back the polish. Rinse and dry with the cloth in your box. Pearls are the exception: wipe them with a damp cloth only, and never soak them.
Repairs and resizing
Every piece comes with cleaning, polishing and one resizing at no charge. If something breaks, write to us with a photograph and we will tell you what we can do and how long it will take.
